Child Safety Standards
Open Friends is committed to the safety of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, anywhere on our platform. Open Friends is intended for users aged 13 and over.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Open Friends and result in immediate account termination:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, and trafficking of minors
- Content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors in any way
- Any attempt to contact or solicit minors
How We Keep the Platform Safe
Every user can report and block other users directly in the app. All posts, chats, photos, and ads are subject to moderation, and our team reviews reports and removes violating content and accounts.
Enforcement
When we become aware of CSAE or CSAM, we immediately remove the content, terminate the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities.
