Fresno, California. I got off Highway 99. I had to pump some gas; the gas price was $5.50 per gallon for unleaded. Fresno Street was blocked from entering downtown. I drove around several blocks, still unable to find any street to enter downtown. The construction area looked like a junkyard, and I did not see any construction work going on at all. California has been mismanaged for so long. I hope Steve Hilton wins the next California gubernatorial election.
